i am 6lbs from my goal weight. BUT i am already at a healthy weight...so those last 6 lbs are "vanity lbs"
a knee injury over the weekend has/will force me to take a break from my normal fitness routine this week and next week i will be at DISNEY! and trust me i had already planned to take a break on vacation.
i am going to use this time to really think about what my long term goals are. i want to really "live" in this new body (i have lost 46lbs since may) and figure out what weight/fitness level is ideal for me.
