Checked the book out from my local library. Finished reading it today and glad indie. It explained some things that probably would have taken a while on the website. Found it very inspirational!

Good for you. I never bothered to read it as I didn't figure there was anything in it that wasn't already on this web site since I've been here five years and read everything in that amount of time. emoticon What I am reading that is so helpful is "THE SUGAR FIX" by Richard Johnson M.D. He has lectures on YouTube. I have metabolic syndrome/insulin resistance and I've gotten so much from his book.

i got lucky today!!! i went shopping at one of our local thrift stores and almost shouted out loud. i found the book "The Spark" on the shelf. I felt like i had found a rare diamond, i do so enjoy the sparkpeople way and to find the book at a bargain, well that person just didnt know what a treasure they had, lucky for me!!!!!
