I love Thomas Light multi-grain English muffins. I get them any time I find a good deal on them. Snoopy already said most of the ways I use them. I sometimes add lean meats to those egg sandwhiches like turkey linquica, center cut bacon (30% less fat then standard bacon), lean ham or even my own homemade sausage (extra lean ground pork, turkey or chicken and varies seasoning, egg whites and bread crumbs). Delish and filling.
You could also go eggs au gratin. Use one English muffin, one slice of Candian Bacon (usually fairly lean) and one pan fried egg and top the whole thing off with low fat cheese sauce. It tastes really great.
