ok I've missed a couple of days posting. Work has been stressful but the exercise helps thankfully. Yoga for the past 2 days helps me through. Today I plan on swimming hopefully about 2 miles. Then tomorrow I don't work at the regular job so all I have is the 2nd job to study and work up a marketing plan. Please wish me well and we will get thru this. emoticon

The day started8 out great body pump, a 1 mile walk with my buddy, and 4 miles on the elliptical. At the end I was resting in the sauna and one of the fitness instructors made the comment on how buff I'm looking. This is great! Thanks Sparkpeople emoticon

I made the walk to Mom's house and then ate too much I'm not over but I only have 150 calories left I guess I'll have hummus on toast for dinner.

I will get everything ready for the accountant to do our income taxes.

yesterday I was over calories but I think it's ok. Just about everyday I'm over on exercise. I just discovered it's 4 miles to my parents house so I think I'll walk it.
