I took the summer of. I still was very careful what I ate but did indulge now and then. I did not work out on a regular basis because I felt I was more active any way. Well I did gain 4 lbs and backon track this past week. I lost 2 of the 4 and plan to stay focused. This bweekend I plan to eat no proessed foods to jump start my metabolism.
