I am celebrating 2 days now of tracking my food,, it has gotten to be kind of fun, and it has definitely made me more aware of the things I am putting in my mouth. I love how it keeps track of everything and then tells you what you need to take in more of, like the carbs or whatever. Now I need to sit down and make up a list of stuff from each category that I like to eat so when it says I need a little more of something I know what I can eat. I am very pleased with all the stuff you can do and learn on here. Wish I would have taken advantage of it way before this,,, but I am here now and I hope it will make a difference.
