Hello- I am posting it here for all to see. I have to travel to the big city for work, spending two nights and three days there. Hotel and meals are reimbursed, but it's a lot of money for me to float, plus I will be by myself for that whole time ( minus the 8 hours a day in class)... Since I complain that it's my family that sabotages me, and it's really their choices that get in my way, I am putting my money where my mouth is. I am packing my food and eating out of the feed back for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I will still get my per diem, so it will be a like I am getting an extra paycheck for the week. Plus, I will bring my shoes and suit. the hotel has a gym, and a killer pool, so I can get some work outs in. Here is the challenge- will I do it, take good care of myself or will I succumb to my lazy nature? the reward if I make it- I should be down some pounds, and I can get a massage next week.
