I'm glad you enjoyed all the goodies on your vacation! I think that's so important... Food is part of a good time - it's all in knowing when the vacation's over and the regular, healthy eating begins again, and you are great about doing this That helped me both lose my 70+ pounds and keep it off, too.
Glad you're doing beautifully. I don't know what Snack #2 is, as I'm not on the diabetic plan, but I'm sure someone out there in SparkLand will be able to help you out there.

I was away for five days and ate fast food, fried food plus deserts. I could hardly wait to get back home to Sparkpeople. I felt gross!!! A week back and I feel wonderful. Thank God for all the help I have gotten and am getting from the coach, the meal plan and the articles. A little tired of Snack#2 on the Diabetic plan so if there are any good ideas floating around out there, please let me know.
