Personally, I think the veggie burger is a great alternative to hamburg. Just as long as I don't pile on high-calorie condiments.

I am not sure; however, my wife ordered one and it had so much mayo and sauce on it tha tshe said a regular one without mayo might have been better. It was so saturated with it that the bread fell apart. Mcdonald's will make a burger without meat and mayo and include all the veggies.
