I really enjoy the spring rolls at my Tai restaurant in the Windy City. I know it has Avocado and other great fresh ingredients. And I did learn that even though they bring TWO for each order; the correct serving for Spark is to only eat ONE (I save the other for the next day). AND I pass on the sweet sauce..sometimes I will get peanut sauce ...mmm.
Is there a pretty authentic recipe out there for these Spring Rolls? The restaurant is call OPART if anyone is familiar with this great dish.
