Up bright and early , the son and I completed a 30 min kinda walk/run. We did what he calls the Rocky ( jabbing as we walk) set of jumping,skipping, lunges,side dips,back to jogging,walking, and after all that he was surprised when i told him we did it in 2 miles and 40 min. I think he was pretty impressed with himself . I know I was very very proud of him.
