If I can't find specific nutrition info for an item, I go with something close. For example, if you weigh the piece of west Indian wholemeal bread you are planning to eat, you might use "whole wheat bread" for your nutrition info, since it has an option to count by weight.
The exception to this would be a bread that has a lot of extra fat, in which case I would add oil to the calorie count.
