I make up a hot cereal recipe a couple of times a week and refrigerate individual portions. Today I had Tasty Banana Walnut Hot Cereal (I think that's what I named it) and it should be posted on the recipe board. Next time I'll make a different one. I have several recipes that' I've modified to increase nutritional value, especially protein and fiber. And I always have 8 oz. 60 calorie soy milk with it.

Life isn't about chance so don't wish me luck. Life is about choice, so wish me courage.
