Yup! Thats me! Super bad all year!! I have found some new relief techniques though! The Neti Pot and flonase. Helps so much!

I have allergies. And to top it off, I have allergy induced asthma. Now that I have learned to prevent it, life is good. It did take a while to figure out what was going on, then, life was pure misery.

Oh yes and this years been bad. I try to stay ahead and take meds proactively. I can still control with reasonable priced over the counter meds. This year eyes getting it bad but knew what optometrist recommended to use. Still if I forget I'm stuffy, sneezy, eyes itching......
