Beginning Again
This is just me trying to get back in shape and lose a little weight in the process. I feel very weird being the weight that I am. I may not be big, but I just dont feel like myself anymore! May 3rd, 2009 my friend Erin and I ran the Potomac River Run Half Marathon. We did this in memory of Mike Pennington and Griffin Prentice. I would also like to mention, that though I did not know them I am also running for the memories of a few friends of one of my friends on Spark; Janet, ...

I would also like to mention, that though I did not know them I am also running for the memories of a few friends of one of my friends on Spark; Janet, Trey, Robert and Joey. They lost their lives to suicide. As this hit very close to home for us we want to raise money for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and raise awareness in hopes that these tragedies can be prevented. The AFSP is a non-profit organization dedicated to understanding and preventing suicide through research, education and advocacy, and to reaching out to people with mood disorders and those impacted by suicide.
