My Inspiration

I gave birth to 2 beautiful little girls on 9/6/09 & 8/27/06. They are my inspiration for everything. While I do not feel that I am overweight, I feel there is a lot of room for improvement. I would like to eat healthy for my daughters and not the junk that the older one has been eating. I would also like to get back to my normal weight before I gave birth to my daughters. My Goals:
I would like to get back to my original weight by the time my 2nd daughter turns 2 in September.

My Program:
I will be doing cardio every other day, and weight training every other day. and trying to eat a healthy clean diet.

I work FT for a generic pharmiceutical company in PA, and I sell Mary Kay cosmetics PT. My husband & I have been married for 8 wonderful years. We have a great dog and 2 terrific daughters.

Erica....

you are smart to keep your starches to early in the day. I'd make sure i was drinking enough water and maybe keep your mid-pm snack to something with less sugar. but keep in mind everyone needs carbohydrates. dont go without them!!! i know i eat chicken in the mid-am, but its my personal preference. you could do 2 protein shakes, but i personally prefer to only do 1 shake a day.
