you are smart to keep your starches to early in the day. I'd make sure i was drinking enough water and maybe keep your mid-pm snack to something with less sugar. but keep in mind everyone needs carbohydrates. dont go without them!!! i know i eat chicken in the mid-am, but its my personal preference. you could do 2 protein shakes, but i personally prefer to only do 1 shake a day. 1477 days ago
