My Program:
Track all food...the good, the bad, and the ugly. Moderation is me. Stay within calorie ranges. Daily calorie deficit of 500. 10,000 step a day/70,000 steps a week 5 miles a day. Drink at least 10 c water daily. Eat at least 5 freggies daily.
