To look better than I've ever looked in my life. To be healthy and happy and to enjoy what I see in the mirror. *defined calves *sexy armpits (yes there is such a thing) *strong thighs *well supported and strong midsection Also to have the energy to keep up with my daughter, and any future children I may have.

*I do turbo fire, cross trainer/elliptical, and yard work. I generally just try to be more active.
*Intermittent fasting 4:3 with 16:8 on days where I eat.
I am going to do this for health and happiness and just to feel good and look sexy to myself, my husband and complete strangers. I miss the days of being oggled for the right reasons.
