Facing it 10% at a time!

Highest weight ever: 154kg with 54% body fat! UGH! (57% was my highest body fat though at a lighter weight) I've tried facing the big number but that's not working so now I'm focusing 10% at a time.

Start: 154kg 22/08/14

Goal one: 138.6kg

Goal two: 124.7kg

Goal three: 112.3kg

Goal four: 101.1kg

Goal five: 90.9kg

My Goals:
To look better than I've ever looked in my life. To be healthy and happy and to enjoy what I see in the mirror.

This is my plan and it's working for ME!

*I do turbo fire, cross trainer/elliptical, and yard work. I generally just try to be more active.

*Intermittent fasting 4:3 with 16:8 on days where I eat.

Personal Information:
I am going to do this for health and happiness and just to feel good and look sexy to myself, my husband and complete strangers. I miss the days of being oggled for the right reasons.

hahaha thanks for the laugh on the blog comment! I didn't realize the pics were sideways sorry! I am so excited to to just pull dinner out in the morning and heat and eat! I don't have to worry about making dinner, it takes a bit of work but once I get into the habit it wont be so bad! Enjoy your chopping and prepping!

I hear you, I try not to spend to much time online, because I genuinely feel better when I don't but it is such an easy way to relax and I like keeping up with people! So I am going to be blogging lots and lots! Yeah... kind of stole the Shedding for the Wedding phrase from a show that was only one season long lol! But it is making me keep my eye on the prize. I want this to be a lifestyle thing so I am starting sooner rather than later.

Glad to hear things are going well dispite not being on the path you want. But remember every little thing helps, and the sooner we get back on the easier it is! I've stopped trying to do plans and such. I am sticking to meal planning and aiming for 3 30day shreds a week right now!

Ooo 5! they grow up so fast!
