Hi Cheryl, Glad to find SOMEONE else from Osceola. I'm on the exact opposite side of Kissimmee from you. Over near St. Cloud. As far as breakfast drinks, I like to have my vanilla whey shake blended with berries. Just picked a ton of blackberries and I honestly think that adding the berries is the reason I was able to drop 4 # in 2 weeks. 707 days ago
Your GNC shake plan reminds me of The Simple Diet (book by same name). There is a Spark Team by that name that follows it. There might be some ideas there that you could use. I followed a plan similar to the one that you are doing for a long time and liked it. 712 days ago
Thanks for the suggestion Cheryl! I've been considering getting a blender but I get overwhelmed when reading all of the reviews. I do use frozen fruits and I'm graduating to using spinach and kale haha!!! But I'm a lot like you...I like having liquid for breakfast. It's pretty quick and I don't feel like I'm overeating. I'm really going to take your suggestion into consideration.
