I am here for the same reason a lot of others came to spark to do. Lose weight. But as time moves on, my thinking is changing. My main goal is to keep educating myself to be healthy minded and to live a long and healthy life.

2 lbs = 1 32 oz bottle of water
3 lbs = me when I was born
4 lbs = bag of sugar
5 lbs = bag of small dog or cat food
6 lbs = gallon of gasoline
7 lbs = patty girl
8 lbs = my bowling ball
9 lbs = medicine ball
10 lbs = sack of potatoes
11 lbs = Nike power ball
12 lbs = two six lb turkeys at thanksgiving
13 lbs = apx a healthy one month old baby
14 lbs = gas powered lawn edger
15 lbs = australian horse saddle for endurance riding
16 lbs = sledge hammer
17 lbs = BMX bicycle
18 lbs = Big Turkey
