My highest weight was 192 pounds and now my goal is to keep my weight in the 130-135 pound range. I'm loving the grand adventure of maintenance!
I was a vegetarian for 27 years and have been vegan for over 2 years and have never felt better! I'm also a recovering sugar addict, so I know lots of tricks for avoiding sugar. I love to exercise and vary my workouts quite a bit. Strength training, yoga, Pilates, bellydancing--I love it all! I like to spend time time in the kitchen cooking up healthy vegan dishes or "vegan-izing" old favorites. I'm all about having lots of color in my food; the more vegetables the better!
I live in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia and I work at a gourmet/health food store.
