If I want a change I need to change...

Over eating and not exercising is not the way to lose thirty pounds. What was I thinking? I need to eat less and move more. I need to let go of old habits involving food that no longer serve me. It's time to work hard and get results. No more fooling myself.

Run a fall half-marathon

Get 7 hours of sleep every night.

My Program:
Eat whole foods and little to no processed foods.

Track everyday.

Cardio-4 days
Strength training-3 days

7 hrs of sleep each night

10 glasses of water daily

Weigh once a week
