I am 32, Vegetarian for 16 years and am trying to do the same stuff as you on this journey (I live in Canada but travel to the US for work - my last project was in Burbank, CA).
We are lucky that we are non-meat eaters, all those hidden calories and fat in meat are thankfully not our problem. Since starting Spark, I have changed my diet to almost vegan - and look forward to that being a permanent change. As a PETA member it is hard to justify those excess animal bi-products in my concience.
I have added you as a spark friend and would love to watch your journey and use you as inspiration for my own.
