My Goals:
I need to eat more fruits and vegetables. My recipes are delicious and I plan on making a post to the recipe section. I love great tasting food. You won't see me eating plan unsatisfying foods.

My Program:
The right foods have been added to my plan. I have more fiber, more veggies and much more exercising. It can happen. I feel I am getting more motivated for the first time in years!!

Other Information:
I love funny shows and yet action movies are exciting more me. When I ride my stationary bike to fast paced movies I pedal harder!
