I'm tired of being fat and sick. so i declare that i will lose 100 pounds in 1 year from today, my birthday (ok August 19th). and i will get married soon after and look smashing in a wedding dress.

i got my gallbladder taken out on December 9th 2013. it helped with the sickly feeling but not the IBS

Other Information:
Zelda series are the best games ever created

Dr. Who and Charmed are best shows ever created.

i collect unicorns and i've seen all of the my little pony friendship is magic seasons so far.

its hard no to be hard on myself. i just can't get out of this hole i'm in. but i'm staring my journey to health. maybe once i have my IBS under control and more healthy i'll be able to keep a job. emoticon

Honey, your being to hard on yourself. Take small steps to better health. You will find that they add up. Sorry about your job. Now is the time to be nice to yourself. Pick a small healthy step & see how many days you can be successful. A 10 minute walk, no matter what. Increased water, etc. pick something & let today be the day you begin the journey to find the best you. emoticon
