Hi Cookie and Punky

Thank you for the birthday card ; ), I can't believe I'm old enough to have a 22 year old, and it seem like yesterday I was holding her for the first time.

Hi Cookie - - Hi Punky. emoticon

I don't really have any good excuses why I haven't been super active on SP lately........ except that I've been spending more time on FB perhaps.

Oh ya. SNOW! This afternoon we just might make it to the 1-foot mark ..... very unusual for Central Arkansas!!
So far Lucky hasn't been buried under it but it's getting close to that point. I don't know what he's going to do if it gets too deep?
Maybe his Daddy will have to shovel a tiny area for him to do his 'business' and not get buried by the snow. LOL
We've never been in this situation before.

I guess Punky uses indoor pads, right?
Lucky used to use a giant GIANT cat little box, which was actually a big plastic container, low enough for him to step into, that could be used by painters or plasterers or cement workers.
We'd put several bags of kitty litter & he'd use it - - - - and then we'd have to clean it regularly. Ugghhh!!!! so heavy & bulky
So nice now. He runs out his doggie door anytime day or night.

Stay safe in your upcoming snow storm. Wish us luck with ours.
HUGS and THANKS for the nice Smiley Face Goodie!!
Sure brightened things up here today when I saw it.

Hi

Re the video, I cried also. I watched an interview as well with the father and he has done great things for him. He has graduated High School and College. What is that young man going to do if his father dies? Think that was why I cried too.

If I could catch a rainbow
I would do it just for you.
And share with you it's beauty
On the days you're feeling blue.
If I could build a mountain
You could call your very own.
A place to find serenity
A place to be alone.
If I could take your troubles
I would toss them in the sea.
But all these things I'm finding
are impossible for me,
I cannot build a mountain
Or catch a rainbow fair
But let me be...what I know best,
a friend that's always there.

I had Eddie first and then I got Dave, they got on great for ages then at 9 months Eddies testosterone kicked in and he started being nasty to Dave all the time, then when Dave hit 9 months he started fighting back, they ended up fighting all the time, Dave ended up having surgery to put his face back together after the last fight they had, so I had to keep Dave cos he was badly injured and Eddie went to live with some friends of ours, I still see him all the time but I love the photo's of them when they were babies so thought I would share them with Dave's friends thanks for visiting Dave's blog.
