SparkPeople Couch to 5K 8 Week program with water aerobics for the "crosstrain" days. Havent started yet, but I plan to run 3 miles in August, and this will get me there!
Just moved to Colorado from San Diego, CA. The air up here is so much thinner, its hard to catch your breath sometimes. I have been overweight all my life, with my now current weight topping the list of heaviest I've ever been. I gained most of this in the last 4 years (after my son was born). Its time to get in shape to suprise everyone when I go back to San Diego for a visit!!
I feel like I cant do this alone, it takes an army of support to reach the top of the mountain.

You are not alone on this journey. We do not stand in front or behind but beside each other. You can do this.
