My Goals:
I am losing 113 lbs. I am learning to eat healthier. My main goal is to look good in a dress by my 32nd bday!
I also want to run a 5k, be comfy in a restaurant booth, and not have to shop at Lane Bryant.
I want to see my children grow and be able to keep up with them. I want to play with my grandchildren. I want to be healthy!



My Program:
I am changing my eating habits and my family's as well. I am also trying different exercises to keep the spice in my life!
I am not going to deprive myself, just limit. It's all about the moderation.





Personal Information:
I am a SAHM to 2 GORGEOUS boys and have been blissfully married for 4 years to the most amazing man. I love my family and my life but I think it is high time I start taking care of myself too. A happy mom is a happy family!

Other Information:
I love to read, am a die hard 49ers fan, an avid Simpsons watcher, and can't live without chocolate. I hate to drive but love to walk. My passion is reading good books and learning something new daily. I love making new friends and really hope to meet some fellow sparkers to work with. :)
