Don't let what you want right now- control what YOU WANT THE MOST!!

I have lost over 100 pounds- I was down to 156, but gained 14 pounds back- so I am now starting my new journey- my final journey at 170- I am working to get to a weight that I am happy with and then learn how to maintain it for the rest of my life- I AM A FOOD ADDICT! I love to touch it- I love to taste it- I love to smell it- so I am having to reset my body and spend some time just eating to live- not living to eat- This is a lifetime journey- and one that I have battled for all my life ...

My Goals:
To get out of the 170's- and then just take it 5 pounds at a time- I just need to get my motivation going and keep building on it- I am really suffering with my self esteem right now-

My Program:
Week 1, Kickstart: Done
Week 2, working to fully stay under my claorie range- doing calorie cycling to keep my met. from crashing

Personal Information:
I am married to the most Handsome, Supportive and Amazing man.......he was my ultimate motivation....I wanted him to be as happy to show me off-

We have 2 girls, Scarlett 7 and Morgan 10.....I want to be a good role model for them.......

Awww well, misery loves company and you did not suck alone! emoticon I thought just for a second I broke my plateau and the scale told me I was in the 160's (168.8 to be exact!) but it was a fleeting fantasy! Hopefully this month we will both surpass our last month's goal and find another one to aspire to! emoticon

I think you might have beat me this month! In spite of staying on track and behaving myself (honestly!), I hit a plateau the entire month and it didn't budge. Okay, it might have budged a teeny tiny bit but I can't count a .8 loss as moving. I wanted to count it, thought I could count it, but nope. That was all there was. I have seen other changes, but not the one that counted for weight goal loss this month. There is always this month though so I'm not gving up! Hope you reached your goal and then some!

Things have been a bit erratic lately. I'll have a few good days/weeks, followed by a few bad ones. I have problems staying consistent with my eating...it's much easier for me to keep up with my running, which is going really well.

How are you?
