I have maintain my weight for over a year now. Been doing all differant kinds of exercises that is here on SparkPeople site and UTube. I have been drinking 8+ Cups everyday also. Been eating fruits and vegetables too. Staying away from salt. Will be maintaining for awhile longer before attemping to lose weight again. Will looking at this again in a couple of months to see where Im at then. Thank You.

Hi Elaine, I am sorry to hear you are sick. And in your condition it is very dangerous. you could go into pneumonia. Do me a favor please start taking: 1. Vitamin C-500 units daily. it won't affect any medications you are taking. It will you fight off flu & colds because it strengthen vessels. 2. Also take D3-1000 units daily. It helps with the nervous system & bones. 3. And B-12, that helps with being run down
I hope that you are eating correctly considering your condition: 1.around 8 oz. of protein 2.3-4 fruits minimum 4.5-8 vegetables 5.4 tabsp. healthy fats, eat these at every meal 7 maybe in between with a snack ( olive oil, fish oil-2 capsules, avocados, Salmon, Sardines, ground flax, optional a handful only of a few almonds) 6. 3 starches( breads, pasta, or high carb vegetables) 7. 3-4 diary products 8. eat oat meal daily ( count it as one starch), this is very good for the heart, unless you have a gluten allergy
now if you live some where please don't have your heat turned down so that it makes you chilly. Your lungs are weak, and you can't afford to get sick. take care. Is anybody coming over to look in on you daily? Your insurance does cover this. maybe you should consider living in some place where they partially take care of you. Today I have signs of a sore throat. I will be quick to take care of this. Working on weaning myself away from acid reflex medicine. My stomach has been dealing with a lot of acid, but with time this will stop as probiotics take over in my body. They are talking about the weather reaching 40 degrees. That will be nice for a change. I still have to walk today. Today was busy taking tests for ministerial studies. I am glad this test is over.
