Thanks for your comment on today's blog. I've never understood trying to make vegetables and beans taste like meat, there are so many great veggie flavors that I just couldn't understand hiding the flavor with things that are just as bad for us, the main ingredient that makes things taste "meaty" is basically MSG and that's just as bad.
The whole reason I've suddenly gone more meatless was a documentary by a smart woman who was farm-raised herself who chose to go vegan, it's called Vegucated. Since this weekend, I haven't been able to eat anything animal produced without gagging.
Hi!!! I just saw your post on fruit/veg. I like your assortment of all the fruits and veg. I just love just about all fruits/veg. Good luck on your last 10 lbs. I am working on my last 7, and it is not being cooperative. I am following everything pretty closely. It took a month here before I lost one pound.
