Two steps forward one step back

Maintaining my weight and fitness levels can be a struggle, sometimes I win and sometimes I don't, but usually I can learn from both the successes and the failures. And then life also throws in a few curve balls.

But I am a very determined and persistent person, and SparkPeople is a great tool, it has helped me in the past, and despite my setback this year, I am again moving forward to improve my fitness level and lose weight.
