Hello! Lauren's the name, weight loss is my goal, and ballet is the game. I'm a pre-professional ballet dancer after a seven year hiatus. I bake and plan on owning my own bakery in the next 5-7 years. I used to weigh 156, but I've lost the 6 pounds, and at one time in May was 145. I've gained 5 pounds, and plan on losing everything until I'm 125 or so. Many of my hobbies include adrenaline, or are considered "nerdy". Skydiving, snowboarding, roller coaster conquering, steampunk, Harry Potter ...

My Goals:
- 145 = pursebelt
- 140 = boots or new bras
- 135 = new bras or new purse
- 130 = professional ballet photo shoot
-125 = new wardrobe.

Also - get down in splits, higher extensions, be less stressed, pass math and accounting, love life.

My Program:
I am dancing, trying to eat right, and not limiting myself of anything. I believe in moderation, and that is how I eat. Which has and hasn't worked. I'm also started to spin, which is fun and a different level of exercise I need.

Personal Information:
I'm from California. Aged 21, and 5 foot 7. I have two rescue dogs, both of which are the best friends I could ever ask for. I am planning on marrying my best friend when we are financially stable, and I also want to own my own bakery. I dance about 10 hours a week, and dance at home if I have the time. I work at a grocery store, and hope to be accepted to a national summer intensive. My hope is to go to American Ballet Theater, Bolshoi or Lines Ballet. =)

Other Information:
I'm a complete Harry Potter fanatic. I'm a beta for Pottermore (gobletchaser85), and am in Slytherin house. I love Assassin's Creed, but because of my lack of an xBox, can only watch my boyfriend play Revelations. I also like to jump out of planes and plan on making that a hobby when I can.

Congrats on taking the first step into changing your life to a more healthier one by joining the site. Spark is filled with amazing people that will motivate, support and encourage you on your journey. There is so much to learn and discover here, take this one day at a time. A couple of things I would like to suggestion to make you Spark experience a great one.

1. Make goals for yourself. Each month I make a list of what I want to accomplish that month and break them down to smaller goals to work with week by week. This way the BIG picture doesn't seem so big.

2. Join Spark teams. There are tons of teams here and you will be able to find ones that fit to what you like or want in a team.

The key to success here is to be active and you've already started by joining. You will find that everyone is willing to help you out if you need it.
