2013 is the year to CRUSH IT!
Too many years, have been up and down with the weight, I want to be done with it. The extra weight is taking its toll on my body, want to loose it. Want to lose 40 lbs. For every lb. lost is like x4 on your knees, so that will be a total of 160 lbs off of the knees. I want to be a strong fit senior, not beat up.
