BLACK PANTHER PRIDE!

Like many of us on Spark, I have lost weight and gained it back (plus more) many times over. I'm tired of that pattern and the feeling of going in circles. I'm ready for a permanent lifestyle change with health and fitness being the primary focus. The habits I'm trying to develop are ones I plan to keep, ones I can live with. If I can't live with it, I'm not doing it.

Thank so much for the coffee/tea (I love both!) and chat.

Thanks for sharing a bit about your trip to see your parents, I so look forward to seeing a photo! emoticon I ate out a LOT while I was visiting my Mom out in Carson City, NV so can relate to how you're feeling. But no worries, it is over and we'll be back on track in no time.
I am so happy we have a new dog! Even though he's almost dislocated my shoulder a couple of times when he sees a skunk, squirrel, (whatever) I still really enjoy having him for inspiration to go for a walk outside! emoticon too much fun! Hope you had a great day, sit back and relax a bit it can wait until tomorrow!
