Lose weight of course and then maintain that weight loss. At this age health and comfort are my primary motivation. I'm not trying to have a "bikini" body.

I am a Christian. I am blessed with good health, a wonderful husband, 3 children (two married and one in college living at home), lots of family and friends and a sweet kitty named Rendy.
