Hi!
My name is Debbie and I love this website. It makes it so easy to monitor and see how you are doing with your daily food intake. Also, to see the track record for fitness is a good reminder that I need to keep moving.

I'm also looking to get to know others who suffer from fibromyalgia. I've been diagnosed since Feb 2012 and its been a tough year. I'm looking to support others and also find help from others who have found things that help them.

My Goals:
Lose about 122 pounds.
Find exercises that I can do on a regular basis that doesn't flare my fibromyalgia pain up. Drink lots of water each and every day and eat more whole foods, not processed. Make things from scratch at home versus buying things that have preservatives and fillers in them.



My Program:
Right now it's to be consistent in tracking my foods, how I'm feeling emotionally and trying to move more.
