Hi im 36 and i have 58lbs. To loose,My goal is to be healthier and loose some weight. My weight loss journey is alot harder to do than normal because i suffer with chronic pain on a daily basis. I have reuhmatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and osteoarthritis. I have a full time job and a teenage daughter, so most my energy goes towards that. I tire easily, but i do my best to incorporate exersice into everyday when im not into too much pain and arent too tired.

I read a LOT of BLOGS and so many people DON'T have jobs and they go on and on about how they don't have money, so you are LUCKY to have a JOB. emoticon It is great that you have a teenage DD who can help with the housework and take care of getting herself to school. I read blogs from so many Sparkers who have pre-school children who require constant care and so they have NO time to exercise, etc.

Yes, I think pedometers are accurate. Lets say it jumps or looses a couple of hundred steps. So what? The important thing to me is that I am tracking my fitness goals and every step I take is more THAN WHAT I DID BEFORE I BOUGHT THE PEDOMETER! emoticon
