As of 08/31/09-MEGA Workout Schedule: MONDAYS: 60 minutes Stationary Bike, 2-hour Salsa dance Lessons TUESDAYS 30 min Stationary Bike, 75 min Wgt Training, 75 min Aerobic Dance, 1-hr Salsa Dance Lessons WEDNESDAYS: Repeat Mondays THURSDAYS: Repeat Tuesday, minus salsa FRIDAYS: Repeat Mondays, add 1-hr Spin Class

Road Biking (using a Mountain Bike)-just started this past summer-building endurance I love to scuba dive (Advanced Diver), go to museums, read, travel, Taking Salsa dancing lessons, beginning surfing, like camping, fishing, hiking, target shooting, Southwest History, traveling and spending time with my friends and family.
