MONDAYS: 60 minutes Stationary Bike, 2-hour Salsa dance Lessons
TUESDAYS 30 min Stationary Bike, 75 min Wgt Training, 75 min Aerobic Dance, 1-hr Salsa Dance Lessons
WEDNESDAYS: Repeat Mondays
THURSDAYS: Repeat Tuesday, minus salsa
FRIDAYS: Repeat Mondays, add 1-hr Spin Class

Road Biking (using a Mountain Bike)-just started this past summer-building endurance

The fact that you're recovering so quickly is a testament to the good health you were in, and that you are one focused, dedicated lady.
