2010 had achieved the love of excerise, great looking muscle and toned body, then fractured my pelvic in 3 places. Gained almost all my original weight back. After an additional medical situation, I am finally able to get back to the gym and working out. Some weeks 6x/wk, other weeks 1-2x

Other Information:
No longer bicycling since fracturing my pelvic in 2010. Hitting the stationary bike at the gym. Achieved goal of learning Salsa Dancing Haven't Scuba Dived in 3 yrs. Joined a local group and trying to get back into this activity I go to museums, read, travel, like camping, fishing, hiking, target shooting, Southwest History, traveling and spending time with my friends and family. AND ...riding my Harley!!!
