My Goals:
Still trying to find time for myself. I am finally done with school (graduated June 15th) so that has freed up some time.

My Program:
Going to the gym that I pay a membership for!!

Follow the food plan that my BeachBody coach, Kristin gave me. (Need to hit the grocery store for healthy foods!)

Personal Information:
I'm normally a pretty happy person, though lately I've been feeling kind of lost. I am 35 years old and been married for 11 years. I'm shy, kind and a good friend.

Other Information:
I'm a semi-introverted person who needs someone to kick her in the ass to get moving.

Thank you for the comment on my activity feed. I think I am going to go with a "pen name" I have thought of for years (when I wanted to write novels). I will be getting them printed on "labels" on www.Spoonflower.com, and will cut them out and use them on my projects. This is so very exciting!

Hope you are having a fabulous day! Today is day 30 for me on the Whole 30. I am so happy I have done this. It has really changed my life!

I have not bought/read the book. I just haven't been able to make time. I did read the forums, and the website a lot. Also one of my fellow SparkFriends has forwarded me some e-mails from the Whole30 Plan (you can pay like 15.00 per month and receive e-mails from them.)

I am very happy I have tried it. It is really tough in the first week, but I honestly feel liberated from counting calories and measuring portions. I know what I can eat, I eat till I am satisfied, and go on with my life. I feel wonderful!

If you decide to do Whole30, just let me know. I will support you as best I can. Also - there is a Whole30 group that has some fantastic ladies who are doing Whole30, they are at all different stages right now. So feel free to join us there too!

That is so encouraging! Thank you for sharing your mom's story with me!! I have approached my sister-n-law and my mom about starting Whole30. I am on day 4 and feel better mentally than I have in a long time. I know I will shed lbs too, but I feel like that will just be an added side effect. If you want to research it at all, go to www.whole9life.com. It's not easy to give up sugar and all her friends like carbs, but in the end it will be worthwhile.
