I'm the mom of 2 boys who as of this month will be 2 and 10. I am as usual looking to lose some weight. I have recently regained all the weight I worked so hard to lose.I think a lot of my weight gain has to do with the fact I am so busy with school I haven't been getting in any exercise topped with my binge eating and sleep eating. I am heading into my second semester of grad school with a 4.0 and hopefully that will let me relax a little knowing I did it once and that I can do it again. ...

On top of my weight I also deal with major depression, OCD, and general anxiety. All I can do is keep on truckin'. In 2010 I hope to be OK with being me.

My Program:
I joined a gym and will try a variety of activities. Weights, elliptical, treadmill, zumba, and spinning..iam so excited about trying spinning!!
I am also following a program at the gym (they will try to sell me products but i refuse) they are there to provide face to face accountability. I go in for a weights session monday and my first real session for the weight loss clinic...im excitied

Personal Information:
I am sic of being fat because
1. I have great taste in clothes ( that i dont fit in)
2. I know there is a sexy me there somewhere
3. I will make one of my skinny friends into the fat friend when i kick their ass in weight loss
4. my kids..i am their role model

Yes tomato sauce would count as tomatoes. Also be sure and count the veggies in soups and salads as part of your rainbow.
I posted my rainbow on the team page. How is your son doing on making his rainbow? You could get him to use markers or crayons to draw a rainbow of the colors everyday to keep it fresh in his mind. Go to the team page and copy and paste the list and print it out for him to use.

WOW, I JUST READ YOUR BLOG ABOUT YOUR SON, I WANT TO HELP IF I CAN. YOUR RIGHT GET THE JUNK FOOD OUT OF THE HOUSE AND ONLY BUY HEALTHY FOODS FROM NOW ON. YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER HE CAN ONLY EAT IT IF IT IS IN THE HOUSE, THE SAME GOES FOR YOU MY FRIEND.

Me, too. I'm am an antique collector from wayyyyyy back. Don't you just love the work by Gil Elvgren and Alberto Vargas????? Love it. Hope you are having a beautiful, sunny Sunday. It's gorgeous here and 40 degrees.
