Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.

Eat low carb (it works well for me)

Stop beating myself up if I don't do as well as I think I should!

Mary Beth!!!!!! I have MISSED YOU!!!!!!!!! I am so happy that you're back. I need a good kick in the pants and maybe, just maybe, we can get back to a good place together! I am maintaining but that is definitely NOT the goal! I am still carrying 30lbs more than I should be.

What's the plan? I love plans!!! Sticking to them is sometimes an issue though. lol! emoticon
