Daily home-based workouts including running, walking, jogging, Pilates, SparkPeople videos, dancing, rebounding (mini-trampoline), stability ball use, kettlebell training (beginner) and using a Gazelle Exercise Glider.
Adjusting my caloric intake to meet my needs.
