My goal is to lose 20 lbs and in the process live a healthier lifestyle.
My plan is to eat healthier and cut down (not out) the unhealthier foods that have gotten me to the weight that I am right now.
I'm a 38 yr old wife and mother of two. A 17 yr old son and 1 9 yr old daughter. I've always taken care of everyone else and was too tired to take of me. Well now is "my time". I'm putting me 1st!!
