My Journey

Well I've finally made the choice to get off my butt and get healthy again. About 2 years ago I lost approximately 30 pounds. Life happened, and I slipped off track. I'm ready to get back on track, I'm tired of feeling the way I do and want to get back to the old me. I do know that it is imperative that I get support to help keep me motivated to get to my goal weight so here I am - ready to jump into a new, heathy approach to social networking and weight loss.
