A whole lotta losin' goin' on!
It's tough to cram two people into one airline seat. I never want to do it again. I am enjoying tracking food (ya rly!) and needing to enjoy moving around again. I used to be a jock... but now I can't move well, don't feel good, and need to overcome these discouragements. My WoW toons get more exercise than I do! I am taking her idea of documenting weekly weigh-ins, so that I don't lose (all) of my history when I change my goals. I need to do that in order to keep the calorie goals correct. I weigh daily, and I am glad I do. The arbitrary Sunday dates, below, manage to capture the high points, and don't really reflect the progress being made. Oh well, it will soon. Today, 2/11/10, I am at 322. My Program:
I am starting out by eating more(!) and by eating throughout the day. No more skipped meals! I am also moving more, and re-starting WiiFit. I am a little too big for the board, but with a little bit of closed-cell foam cheating, it works well!
