Hello Spark Friends!

So my last page title and introduction text were very negative and depressing. A fellow sparker (LIVINMYDREAMS - thank you) urged me to be positive and list good things that will come as a result of my efforts. I'm going to do just that. Negativity breeds more negativity. I need a place I can come to that is positive and motivating...even through the rough times.

My Program:
Lower bad carb intake - little to no grains or "bad" carbs (pasta, rice, wheat, potatoes, bread, sugar, etc...)

Increase good fat intake. Yayyy for coconut oil!!

Take one day at a time.

Drink lots of water.

Minimize sodium.

MOVE MOVE MOVE!!!

We sure do miss him. I hate to think about it. It breaks my heart.

This summer and spring seemed to fly by. I bet the winter won't be so kind. LOL.

I am so out of shape. I have got to get serious again.

Hi!!! Doing well...trying to change up my eating plan a bit...to jumpstart things. It gets frustrating when you spend years trying to lose the same 15-20 pounds! But I won't give up!

We are doing better. We still miss little Reekie but are trying to get back to healthy living again. Doing some de-cluttering. Getting more exercise and eating better.

Sounds like you are in the midst of a lot of weddings. LOL.

Ugh! Glad you figured out the problem! I don't know of much you can do but grit your teeth and get through it, although making sure to get enough water and exercise seems to help a little. Enjoy Myrtle Beach, aka Pittsburgh-by-the-shore, lol!

As to the weddings - fill up on fat before you go - it'll help with both the cookie table AND and alcohol!
