My current goals are to lose the weight I have gained over the past years and replace it with lean muscle. I'm not really interested in becoming a hulk, but getting a little bulk would not bother me.
Currently I am working out once a day (sometimes twice a day) six days a week. I am also watching my calorie intake and trying to eat more protein. I have recently purchased a total gym xls and I am using it as my main method of exercise.
I have many varied interests ranging from video games to firearms. I collect swords and knives and regularly go to the shooting range.
