My Goals:
New goal..I'm starting over because I need to give myself a chance to new diet techniques. I have food intolerances to wheat/gluten and soy; allergies to mold, mildew and fungi.
I found out I have boarder-line Celiac. I'm on the right track; but, there is more I have to do.

My Program:
High fiber 35-40 grams non-gluten, watch food intolerances.

Personal Information:
I'm from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Other Information:
I love plants, flowers, senic landscaping and animals.
I do photos and wood burning, but perfer to be active in the spring/fall and summer is for visiting friends and family.

Good to see you again! I have been here, but not as active as I was on SP.
I am working out, eating ....well....sometimes better than others and we have had deaths and sickness, recently, in the family.
My emotions are flying all over!
You are a great reminder that I need to visit with my Spark friends.

Black rice! I have never tried that! Will keep my eyes out for it.

Hahaha.
Oh no. I was sharing my bout of food intolerances.
Yes you cook beet leaves the same as radish leaves. You can also cut in small pieces and mix in cottage cheese.
Fresh basil. Sitting here looking at the plant and ding!!! oh well 62 and proud of it..it's the menostop that gets me. :)

Whew! That stepper was something! I forgot to put the lift in my other pair of shoes and feel a bit out of whack. Today, maybe I will stick to the skates. :)

Farro sounds interesting. Will have to give it a try.

Speaking of radish leaves, I absolutley love beet leaves as well as beets.
So many people toss them. Have you given them a try? I likely cook them.
(I did not refer to your foods you cant eat, so if I put something down by mistake, please forgive me. emoticon

On the radish, thing... how about a bit of dill sprinkled in there?
