62 year old mother of 4 boys, now a grandmother of 7
I have a home in Florida now ,so I bike, walk and swim( 5 months of the year )
I used to be the right weight , 130pounds. I used to teach aerobics over 4 years , dance or high impact etc. when I injured myself I became a weight trainer for women.I t was after a back injury ( playing with my boys )that my weight got out of control..more eating and less exercise. I hope to change ..with other support.
