2nd Time's a Charm:-)

I want to be the healthiest and fittest that I can be, by the time I hit 50. That leaves me 3 years. I have a lot of work to do before then. I should hit my weight goal by next year. Looking forward to changing my whole lifestyle this 2015. I lost 20+ lbs in 2009 by using SP, but managed to gain it all back and more. This time I want to take it off for good. Who's with me????
